HDG split spring lock washers DIN127B are made of 65Mn spring steel. Strict short-time hot-dip galvanizing avoids annealing loss of elasticity, followed by 200°C baking for 4 hours to eliminate hydrogen embrittlement and prevent cracking. Centrifugal separation prevents interlocking and keeps split gaps unblocked. Zinc coating ≥45μm anti-corrosion for highway guardrails, solar trackers and vibrating pump flanges.
